How do I place a rental order?You can contact us via email or phone. You can expect a faster response through text message. Please state your name, contact information, what you're interested in, and the date of your event.

When should I place my rental order?We recommend that you submit your rental order as soon as you know the details of your event so we can check the availibility of your desired rental.

Do you charge delivery fees?Yes. We have standard delivery charges that apply to all orders. Pick up charges are included in original delivery fee. You may incur additional charges if our team is required to use stairs, delays not resulting from us, and a large distance between the truck and delivery location

Do you set up and break down the rental products?Yes and no. We will set up and break down bounce houses. However, we will not break down tables and chairs. We expect them to be folded as delivered. If pick up requires our staff to fold tables and chairs there will be an additional charge. In addition, we will not be responsible for items damaged or lost that were on tables upon pick up.
